At UNITE HAIR, we want you to love your professional hair care results; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for products purchased directly from our website.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
